The home and landscape of Parkton Place are meticulously designed to create a memorable and immersive experience for visitors. Parkton Place is located in a stunning natural setting with countryside, gardens and farm providing a backdrop of scenic beauty. The sprawling layout of the venue allows guests to chose the backdrop or vibe they seek.
Upon arrival at Parkton Place, guests are greeted by a gated drive lined with trees peeking through to the magnficient fountain and home frontage. This view sets the tone for the overall experience. Parkton Place's design and decor are carefully curated to reflect the desired ambiance, whether it be elegant and luxurious, rustic and cozy, or modern and futuristic.
Inside the home, there are multiple spaces or rooms available to accommodate different types of events. These may include the magnificent front balcony, spacious dining room, gourmet kitchen, bridal suite, 3-guest rooms along with a 2-bedroom mother-in-law apartment, and owner's king suite with dual headed shower and private entrance to back deck overlooking the pond, back yard and vast acreage. Adding space for more guests is the 2-bedroom barn apartment.
Visitors can prepare their own meals in the gourmet kitchen, back bbq or arrange for catering services by a vendor of their choice.
Hope Mills just 10 minutes drive offers hotels, restaurants and shopping. The Fayetteville Airport and I95 heading anywhere north or south is just 15 minutes drive. The small town of Parkton offers a gas station, the Parkton Grill with amazing pancakes and hamburgers as well as "dollar" stores for quick convenience.

Parkton Place offers recreational facilities to entertain and engage visitors during their stay. These can include the 1-acre pond for swimming, fishing and kayaking, horseback riding (for an added fee), the hot tub, wood trail for hiking, fun enjoying the eclectic collection of farm animals.
