Venue Rental Fee

Our venue rental fee varies depending on the duration of your rental and the specific spaces you select. We offer a variety of outdoor areas to choose from, including gardens, meadows, patios, a barn, and expansive lawns. You can also add indoor space by renting a tent.

Furniture and Equipment

We encourage you to bring your own furniture and equipment to create a cohesive look for your event. However, we do provide some basic patio furniture and picnic tables for your use. If needed, you can rent additional tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, linens, and other décor elements from vendors of your choice.

Utilities and Facilities

Our venue provides basic utilities, including electricity, water, and one porta-potty. For events with over 30 attendees, we require an additional porta-potty rental from your preferred vendor.

Vendors of Your Choice

At Parkton Place, you're free to handpick the vendors who best complement your event. We offer a wide range of preferred vendors to choose from, but you're also welcome to bring your own. From event coordination and security to catering services, bar service, DJ entertainment, and more, you have the freedom to curate a flawless experience with vendors you trust.

Depending on the location and nature of your event, you may need to obtain permits or event insurance. We're here to assist you with the necessary documentation and guidance.

Animal Encounters

Our venue allows for access to our resident animals during your event, creating a touch of rustic charm and enchanting photo opportunities. Please ensure all gates remain closed and animals are not fed.

Horse Experiences

Immerse your event in the elegance of our horses with professional photography sessions or the inclusion of these majestic creatures in your wedding, special occasion, or party. For an additional fee of $50/hour, we'll arrange for a skilled photographer or handler to capture these unforgettable moments.
