Parkton Place is a privately owned venue where most things are considered.

Below is what you might expect when renting our outdoor venue on an hourly basis.
​
Venue Rental Fee: This is the base cost for renting the outdoor space and typically varies based on the duration of the rental.
Parkton Place offers you with a designated outdoor area for your event, which may include a garden, meadow, patio, barn, lawn or all of the aforementioned. You can add indoor space by renting a tent!
The size and layout of the space will determine the capacity of guests it can accommodate.
Furniture and Equipment: You are welcome to use the existing patio furniture and picnic tables. For a monochromatic look, you would want to rent tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, linens, etc. (from an outside vendor of your choice and arranging).
Utilities and Facilities: Parkton Place offers basic utilities, such as electricity, water and 1-portapotty. A portapotty rental (from a vendor of your choice and arranging) is required for more than 30 attendees.
Vendors OF YOUR CHOICE: Parkton Place offers the space. YOU choose and arrange for additional outside vendors and services like event coordination, security, parking facilities, catering services, bar service, dj, etc.
Permits and Insurance: Depending on the location and nature of your event, you may need to obtain permits or event insurance.
Access to the animals during your event is allowed (assuming gates are always shut and animals are NOT fed.)
Photography with the horses or inclusion of the horses in your wedding, event or party can be arranged for an extra fee of $50/hour.
